DELIVERY

Delivery within Kathmandu is free for all orders. For international orders above $250 shipping is 50% off. 

Please double check your delivery address is correct to ensure your parcel is delivered to the right address.

Goods are aimed to be dispatched within 1-7 working days from receipt of your order.

Returns Policy

If you receive a defective, or damaged, product you may return the item(s) within 8 business days of receipt.Your exchange will be processed once we confirm receipt of your returned item.

When returning an item, it is recommend that you use a recorded service as we are not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the post. Items remain your responsibility until they reach us. Return postage costs will not be refunded unless the item is found to be faulty:
